What have the IT gurus at ebay done to the page display

This is a small snippet of what i'm talking about,  if this page is formatted like this i don't bother looking on ebay, too much of a hassle to get through this s***t, Get to work GURUs.

Try holding down your shift key and refreshing the page.

Or try viewing that page using another browser. If the page loads correctly in another browser, try clearing cache and possibly deleting eBay cookies in the original browser.
