Is there anyone else have the problem with live chat? I tried to talk with someone via live chat but couldn't be connected with any of the representives.

If there is a problem, hopefully they will fix it soon, as it is the only way to contact eBay.

They seem to have changed the help page. The live chat was at the bottom of the help page and there were other options further up (for example you could click on an order if you needed help with that order).
Now when you click on the help page a window with a bot opens and asks you what the problem is and tells you it will help you (with the usual automatic replies) or connect you to an agent.
I didn't need to talk to an agent, so I just closed the page, but I preferred the old way. If it is like the AusPost bot on their tracking page, the automatic replies will be totally useless, and it will be difficult to talk to a human.
