When I am trying to contact seller by writing the equated text diapers before I finish a sentence

 The text disappears before I can finnish a sentence. Why? What shoud I do to rectify the problem?

Are you using Grammarly ? or an auto correct program ? 

There have been a couple of other people posting about the same issue a couple of months ago and it seemed to be the cause with one of them
