Where’s my PayPal payment option?

Hi can anyone tell where the payment option PayPal has gone

I noticed this today, there doesn't seem to be a Paypal option in any of my watch-list items anymore.

Although I am able to sign in to paypal.com, the site appears to be having some issues at the moment:

Fingers crossed people didn't report an outage only because they could not pay on eBay and that the problem will soon be fixed.

Yes, we just had a buyer message that they couldn't pay as we don't accept Paypal, and they won't use their card online.

So we checked a seller we buy from regularly (and made a payment to with Paypal earlier this morning), and their listings aren't showing Paypal either.

It's a real problem, so hopefully it will be sorted out soon.

I tried some random items on the other site starting with E and the PayPal option is always present when I add them to my cart...

It seems to be a worldwide problem.
