Basically COVID knocked that option out. There are still occasionally options to do that - hacked accounts is one of them.
A better option for you is to perhaps tell the members here what the problem is - they are not eBay staff but have a far greater knowledge of eBay's workings than any CS staff will - and let them point you in the right direction.
