automatically insert note on international sale

Hi, some years ago I found a setting in ebay where I could automatically insert a note into the "my notes" on the order page when I made an international sale.  My note basically said "international sale" so that I could eaily see if it was an  international sale.  I now want to turn that off but can't find the setting.  Can anybody tell me where it is please.  I have spent heaps of time trying to find it to no avail.

I found this on the US site forum

eBay automatically adds International Sale to My Note if it is a International Sale. You can put your own note, but eBay inputs the International Sale.
