I just tried to use my brand new ebay gift card and it says it has zero balance on it. How do I fix this issue?

Unable to print postage labels

I have been trying for 7.5 hours to print a postage label. The Chat Help is also down. But Ebay says it is not having any technical difficulties right now. Is anybody experiencing the same?
