eBay live chat - Maximum number of contacts in a day

Hello all, 

I had a technical issue yesterday that unfortunately kept cutting off live chat, as a result I went over the maximum 10x attempts to speak with eBay agents. 

Has anyone experienced this and know when it does reset as I am at the next business day and seem to still be unable to connect to eBay live chat agents.

eBay runs on US Pacific Coast time. Might have something to do with it. Or that Saturday isn't generally considered a business day.
