I have opened a dispute with a seller regarding an order that did not arrive. ebay now says I can ask them to intervene but I cannot see anywhere to click to do that? I am going round in circles!!!!

Scroll down on your purchase history and it should be under "returns and cancelled orders" click on the listing and you should be able to escalate from there.

Thank you for your advice 🙂 I have done that and all that comes up is "see request details". When I cick on that it just takes me to the page that says "send a message to the seller" or "close this request"

The dispute system may be working on US time so leave it until tomorrow and try again. If no joy then, click on "help" at the top of the page, scroll down to the bottom and click on 'Chat with us" the CS reps there should be able to escalate the dispute for you.

Just an update......I tried again online this morning to get ebay to step in but it was the same situation as yesterday 😞 Nowehere was there the option for this....

In the end I was able to book a telephone call back and my refund was arranged over the phone.

Thank you for your help 🙂
