Any ideas what to do

I don't know of anything other than what has already been mentioned to try as a possible 'work around' in the many other threads about the same issue. Sorry

I'm not sure where your problem is, but on this ID you've left well over 500 feedback in the last month alone.

I see feedback left going back through June and back into May etc.

So where does the March date come into it?
