has anybody noticed that some auctions appear to end several seconds earlier than they should?

Has anybody noticed that some auctions that you are bidding on or auctions that you are a seller on have ended up to 30 seconds earlier than they should.?  discuss if you have had a similiar experience on bidding or selling?

Why the heck didn't you ask ebay to remove that neg?
