Try clearing cache and cookies then rebooting your computer. You could also try a different browser, I use Firefox and Chrome but Edge is pretty good as well.

help needed

In some cases, disabling ad blocking or script blocking on the checkout page may help. Disabling Enhanced Tracking Protection in Firefox may also help.
