Buyer opened an INR case for an item I sold (thanks Aus Post). I cannot send a message to the buyer. When I click Send Message it goes to a page saying
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.ebay.com.au/res/ItemNotReceived/SendMessage?" on this server.
