how can my purchase history be nil? when I have purchased and received an item.

i want to buy another item from a seller I have just purchased from, seller is not listed on ebay ( I have the right spelling) and when searching ebay 'purchase history' shows zero. How can this be??

The default purchase history page shows purchases in the last sixty days; to see purchases older than that use a browser and change the settings to show the entire current year or either of the two previous calendar years.

If you do not see recent purchases, check to make sure you are signed in to the correct account; check your resolution center to see if the item appears there, or if the transaction has been canceled.

In some cases eBay removes sellers or listings from the site for policy violations.

Sellers also sometimes go on vacation or change usernames.

Go to My ebay purchase history and use the drop down menu to change the time  frame

Or scroll down to the bottom of the page to see if there is anything in cancelled items.
