i have an appeal on an item i bought bur i cannot find a way to add photos to support my claim. if i could submit the photos ebay would see that i had researched the purchase and the seller had clearly sent the wrong item.How do i talk to someone?
I tried to get a refund for a purchase because the part was wrong.it was declined so I appealed, but the process didn't allow me to add any pictures to demonstrate how wrong the part was .Has any one any sugestions as to how i can navigate the ebay complaints maze?
