microdeposits not being sent to bank account

I've been trying to receive my pay out for sold items for months now. eBay was asking me to verify my bank account again, saying it will send 2 microdeposits. These microdeposits have not been sent, despite everything I have tried! It is starting to get very frustrating... I've tried to seek help via the online chat bot many times but still nothing. I'm really not sure what to do about this! Just curious as to whether anyone else has had this problem and what you did to fix it.

Does everything match?

The bank account needs to be in the same name as the ID doc provided and the name must match exactly.

Also... are you ensuring that the amounts are indeed MICROdeposits? As in, 1 cent, or 2 cents, etc.?

Just to add, also make sure that your Ebay registration details are also exactly the same.

When I moved over to the new payment system in July 2020, I didn't realise I had used a shortened version of my first name from when I signed up in 2003, so that caused a problem.
