"Contact seller"

Is anyone else having trouble with the "contact seller" not working. Comes up "error": Can't find feedback button to let ebay know!!

As answered when you posted yesterday, there are many possible reasons

Never seen a feedback button for ebay so I can't help you there, there is a help tab at the top and bottom of every page

Emailing is useless as it is only an automated bot set up

If you ring the overseas call center they will likely tell you there is no problem (their standard line when anyone rings about any issue)

Maybe try Live Chat first, you might be lucky and get someone helpful

Otherwise, use the Have Us Call You option

Yesterday I went on Live chat & they sent me a link to contact the seller. This is really convuluted, though, it it took a few exchanges for them to realise what the issue was. In the end it worked, so I ended up happy.

I agree, trying to contact ebay directlt  to report an issue on line is problematic.

How can they fix tech issues when it is hard to report them??

I have never had a problem actually contacting them, it's that the person on the other end so very often point blank refuses to accept there is a problem

There was a big issue last year, dozens of members here reported it, and to almost everyone of us, the call center and Live Chat said there was no issue, nobody else had reported it and it was 'just them' (the caller)

Eventually they admitted there was an issue and tech were working on it.....until a few days later when it went back to there was no issue and nobody else had complained

Trouble is, the call center staff just read from scripts, and even if the closest script to the issue the caller has has nothing to do with the issue, they still still to it or hang up

Much like Live Chat, if the issue is 'too hard' the chat magically closes

Oh well, at least I don't feel like they just act this way with me.  

I suppose we just have to keep trying for solutions with them !!

Would you believe it?  I just tested the "contat seller" and it works now.

Maybe the message go through - doubt it though.

Please don't apologise, it's a great name! If you'd called yourself nachocheese, then we might have an issue. There is nothing I love more than runny cheese drizzled over whatever I'm eating. I have a great recipe for liquid cheese! Best part of it is that you can keep reheating it to make it runny again, while you tip it over your nachos, or dip your Doritos in it. Damn it, I want some liquid cheese now! I have the ingredients for such, but no Doritos.
