have been trying to purchase an item using a discount code,APHG10,but get a message saying to check and try again but this still does not apply the code.

Does the item you want to buy meet all the t&c of the discount code?

Are you trying to buy directly from the seller's listing, or is the item in your cart?

Other members need a bit more detail to try to help you 

Is it a code that only works for items with AfterPay?  (not sure if that is what the AP at the start stands for)

Only works with afterpay. I just committed to spending $2k on an item as this code gave me a good discount. Problem is Afterpay isnt working and as I have committed I might not get it at the discounted price. Which will be really annoying. eBay need to sort this out or offer the same discount with other payment options.

I'm having the same problem trying to buy a rug..It keeps saying its the wrong code..I  called the help line and the girl, who could barely be understood, told me to but it from another seller..When i said i wanted to buy from the same seller, she said ebay has the right to withdraw codes at anytime..It expires on the 28th..Then the woman kept talking over me..Wasted an hour on this **bleep**.
