I'm having the same problem trying to buy a rug..It keeps saying its the
wrong code..I called the help line and the girl, who could barely be
understood, told me to but it from another seller..When i said i wanted
to buy from the same seller, she sai...
If you read the request it said contact ebay direct, not the
seller...Ebay had a contact number but now its impossible to talk to
them about a dispute..Why not?
I think they want to contact ebay direct...There is no number to sort
out issues which i find bloody terrible..I had a case closed on me
regarding an item i purchased and the seller could contact ebay but not
the buyer...The case was closed 4 days be...
Where is live chat?...The case i opened about a seller has now been
closed on the 10th instead of the 14th which now means i have no way to
contact the seller or ebay..What company doesnt have a customer phone
service?
