Is there any other way to contact ebay help? I have tried the live chat but can't get them to do anything and I need to take it further. I have bought something and now cannot get any response from the seller and think it was a scam, but ebay live chat says that I have to wait till the delivery window closes and if I don't get the item then I can claim. Bit late by then, they ask us to let them know asap if it is possibly a scam but how can we do that?

Where is live chat?...The case i opened about a seller has now been closed on the 10th instead of the 14th which now means i have no way to contact the seller or ebay..What company doesnt have a customer phone service?

Go to the link below and scroll to the bottom for the "contact us" link. Due to COVID there are very limited options to actually talk to a CS rep. As soon as it's possible ask to be put in contact with a supervisor.

It's highly unlikely the person you replied to will reply. In fact, I know for a fact, that they will never see your message.
