i have attempted to pay for an item 20 times and keep getting thisa checkout error message stating one or more sellers cant accept payments right now.  i have tried contacting the seller but inside they lodged a case saying i havent paid.

i would pay if it allowed me too.

i manage to pay for another item without any issue

It sound more like the seller has a problem accepting your payment. I wonder if they have gone over to managed payments.
