I have a strange thing that has irked me for a while since changing to Edge browser on Win 10
On Edge, I cannot get the option in the drop down menu for USED
On Chromium,I cannot get the option in the drop down menu for USED
On Firefox, all is perfect
I have cleared all ebay cookies in each browser....is there another area to bring back the "USED" sections and I am missing it?
I checked with another ebay australia user, and they have the same problem.
I've tried it again on a totally different computer running a different operating system using Chrome and Safari. Previously I used IE and Chrome in Windows. Yes, the advanced search procedure does indeed bring back the full drop down menu which the OP wants. It includes sort by Condition: New or Condition: Used.
But it's only a temporary thing which resets if you do a new search all over again. Perhaps this is a javascript bug in eBay which has been mentioned before many times. It does depend on the browser as well. Some people have complained it doesn't work in Firefox but works in Chrome. I haven't tried it with Edge installed though. Perhaps someone can confirm this with Edge. I guess that for now, if it doesn't work, just use Advanced Search.
Note that this only works in ebay.com.au. Not the international eBay site www.ebay.com. Only the Australian eBay site have those two additional options.
Is the problem with your ebay?
Thanks
John

I am not sure why it does not work on Chrome but IE is no longer supported by ebay so it is not surprising it does not work for many functions.

I have been using Chrome for several years and it still works for me with the search for used

Blow me down...just did a restart, and Chrome now shows used working???
Still no go with Edge though?

As Edge is an evolution of IE and eBay doesn't support IE, that is not surprising.

Quite likely...but I wonder if ebay will tell us?

Ummm..... let me think.... No.
They have already suggested not using IE, years ago, so I expect they reckon they have told us.
I haven't had the problem, but the only time I use IE is when I get a new computer. I use it to download Firefox and that is it.
