what's eBay connection with Facebook,

Hello,

My facebook was disabled before Covid 19 started & still not reinstated yet as the US FB is in lockdown apparently,

it was supposed to be only for 45 days. Since then l have been unable to connect & buy with eBay as I normally could, in fact in order to buy stuff, which l do regulary, I have had to make another account but, I had been in eBay for many years & my new account does not show my results as a great honest buyer which is a big concern ! My previous good name was Ianr1010 is now different & I cannot access that old name to login because of Facebook !

My new account name is, flrob89

How can l get back to where I was with my old name. Facebook is not answering as I am told they are still in lockdown ??

Hi Ian,  did your account have 275 Feedback  and go back to  April 2005.

If so change the Capital I  to lower case

Punky, you can't have capitals in eBay username, so I'm guessing the OPs former username starts with a lower case L

OP, I know it's a few days since you posted, but try logging into your other account using your Facebook email address and password, rather than clicking on the sign in with Facebook button. If that doesn't work, just use your new account. Most sellers don't have an issue with low feedback buyers, and if what you buy are buy it now items, there's not really a lot they can do about it anyway, even if they did care.
