Ebay don't read or respond here.
Only other members -buyers and sellers like yourself.
I'm not having a problem with ebay.
Maybe you need to clear cookies and cache and re-boot.
If using Internet Explorer, then change to another browser

I do love it when people come here and blame fellow buyers and sellers for such things
In that case, you need to fix different issues different people are having with things
Same difference

Yes, but to be fair sandy, the place to put a question looks like one is asking ebay.
Something I have tried to get eBay to change and I have even asked the mods to notify eBay of the suggestion.
There used to be a sentence before the question box 'Ask other members a question' before the new design but now it is only the eBay logo with ask a question hence the constant confusion.

Try going to the right side of the page and hold the mouse pointer on that edge and when the pointer shows as
pointing both ways click on the mouse and grab the page and then whilst holding it drag the page all the way to
the right.
Then open another tab and close the other one.

This page does say: When you experience a technical issue on eBay, we want to know.
The eBay team will reguarly check this board for reported issues.
But it should also have/say that they don't answer questions themselves.

Or check the boards.
Maybe a hangover from the US site, where they actually have staff manning the boards.
