why does my passwors work for most functions but not for leave feed back positive

I tried to leave positive feed back but my password not accepted but it is for other functions also today 

does this mean my account is compromised.

A log-in loop maybe ? Try clearing cache and cookies and reboot your computer.

You need to be logged into ebay to leave feedback.....not just the boards.
