Ebay is the most exasperating Company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

when I have an issue with Ebay there is nowhere to turn as they become invisible and coated in TEFLON.

This is their way of avoiding any negative feedback as to how they treat their customers and their problems.

All I wanted to do was to send and email to a Seller which the Ebay System tried to prevent. All I wanted to know was why my parcel had been sitting in Melbourne for a week with no relevant updates to its status.

 

Every time I got to the window to write my two line message the fabulous Ebay system just removed my work in progress.

 

All the customer service people could say was, "Oh gee I am sorry you are having a problem, it must be a TECHNICAL ISSUE"

 

This has been an issue for 3 months no less.

I requested that someone higher up ring me and explain why every time EBAY tries to fix 1 thing they break 2.

 

I have to spend my leisure time chasing up on Ebay misgivings.Obviously my business is not important to them.

 

I was a member of EBAY USA well before Australia had even heard of EBAY.

Now Ebay are a law unto themselves and DON"T CARE about anything but the $ BUCKS $.

 

They are screwing all couriers/carriers by setting up special deals for themselves not the sellers or purchasers.

 

Also the sellers are allowed to get away with marking items as posted when they are not even in stock, most or all of them are still in CHINA or at the very least a CHINESE WAREHOUSE somewhere in AUSTRALIA.

When sellers spout that they have AUSTRALIAN STOCK and it still takes up to 2 weeks for the goods to arrive.

 

I am fed up with EBAY lining their pockets at the expense of the buyers.

This has been an issue for 3 months no less.

 

 

 

I have NEVER had an issue when sending a message to a seller when using the "Contact Seller" option.

 

Are you using that option?

 

Fortunately all my purchases have an Estimated Delivery Date & the eBay Money Back Guarantee so I have no need to bother a seller until the last EDD has passed.
