CSFEEDBACK REQUEST

I receive fequests from CSFEEDBACK, is this a scam? Firstly the date seems suspicious, citing 10/3/14. Why would ebay want to know about transactions from Maech when it is now Ooctober.

They are on the ball........NOT. If it is in your eBay messages I would answer it and tell them what you think

eBay uses the American format for dates, 10/3/14 is 3rd October.

Whenever you look up something in the Help section or contact eBay Help you'll receive that email. Either ignore it or answer the questions and tell them what you think of their service (or lack of).

Hi - the US dates are not - day, month, year - as ours are they are month, day, year. The date is 3rd October 2014.
