I want to respond to a cancel purchase case

When I try to respond, I get a message say the information is not available and to try again later. I have tried for the last 3 days and get the same message. I only have a few days left to respond before the case is closed automatically which I don't want to happen, because that will allow the dishonest seller to remove the feedback.

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then reloading the page.

 

If that fails, contact customer support.

That didn't help at all, it was eBay having technical issues, but I did manage to respond.
