WHEN SENDING MESSAGES EACH KEY STROKE ADDS A LINE

Is anyone else having the problem with their messages?

Each time i reply to one of my customers it adds a line with each key stoke. So a simple reply to their question creates a great big space underneath all my reply!

I have tried logging in and using different computers - in case it was a setting on my computer. It just seems to be for messages. Replying using the iphone app seems to work fine too.

It's been doing that to me for the past week. Strange thing is, l use the same computer for two selling accounts and only this account does the weird spacey thing on messages.

Try as l might, l can't make it stop doing that. But l checked a sent message and it was normal. No large white space at the bottom.

So l'm ignoring the issue.

I had the same problem for a day or two, but seems to have corrected itself now.

Just started happening to me today. I'm doing a lot of cutting, removing lines and pasting LOL

Don't stress about it, just ignore the spaces and keep typing.

Send your message then look in your sent folder - the message appears as normal. So no need for cut and paste (as annoying as the rolling white space is).
