Sellers now have the ability to upload tracking via the scan feature on the eBay app. This includes the ability to scan post office receipts as well as Australia Post prepaid products such as tracked letters.
To use the new feature:
- Open the eBay app and log into your seller account
- Open the order you wish to add tracking for
- Select the “upload tracking” button
- Hover your phone’s camera over the barcode or QR code
- Tracking should automatically appear
