purchased an item yesterday and today received msg. from ebay saying the
sellers account may have been compromised how do i find out if the
purchased was fraudulent and paid through paypal so my next step do i
contact them for a refund.
the purchase was an android tablet was a good deal (too good to be true
obviously) oh well have given him more than alloted time to have sent my
purchase and for me to have received it, so have a dispute with Paypal,
was even given a tracking number ...
