I place an order in Dicksmith on 22 Sep 2016, and now still not get my
item. I open a case on 7th Nov 2016, should be resolved in 48 hours. but
now still hear nothing from dicksmith or ebay. Hi I think my post is
lost. still not resolved after 3 week...
