Can a seller charge excess postage to justify time taken to pack my
goods ( not fragile as such) and to help cover ebay fees I have never
come across it until now and I don’t think that is fair at all

I appreciate your reply and feel the seller is just hoping I will pay up
and shut up. Its a difficult situation I have never experienced and in
fact some sellers offer to refund any over charge if their estimated
combined total is more than expected ...
Another not helpful comment. Sellers offering free postage usually have
factored the cost of postage into their asking price. Nothing to do with
