Thank you for your help! Do you know what eBay’s contact email is?

How do I fix this then? When I click to update account details it just asks me to provide photo ID, I’ve made sure everything matches and it still isn’t going away

I’ve sold items every now and then. Probably only once a month 

I have already gone through this process when I first started selling on eBay, unsure why it has just randomly popped up! Do you have any suggestions on what I should do
