Well, if was going to buy a phone from a 500 billion dollar company, i
would expect said phone to be perfect on the first run. Seems profit is
more important than product. I think i'll stick with my 4yo Nokia

I would advise against buying an item like this on ebay simply because I
bought genuine iPhone from an Apple Store & had it replaced under
warranty twice & repaired under warranty once...I know several other
people who have made warranty claims also....
Terms, conditions, clauses, blah blah blah, it's just another way for
large companies to get out of paying for their mistakes. They have the
money and the lawyers, so the little guy is always screwed. The buyer
