Seller will not refund without a request to refund by me but I do not
have this option. Payed more than 2 months ago and expected delivery was
today. Unable to get an answer about a refund as cannot make direct
contact with ebay. Please help
Yes that is my next option as the seller never marked the item as posted
and admitted never posted. So I will try open a dispute tomorrow thanks.
