Hi all !.... I have been noticing these 'new case opened' emails from buyers via eBay. In 90% of cases, it is a buyer asking a simple question related to the purchase and did not use CONYACT SELLER option - paricularly those made just pre or post Xma...

Would appreciate some help with Inventory .....I would like to put some of my existing listings into Inventory. Only way I have found to do it is to recreate the listing .Is there an EASIER/ Faster way?? Cheers.

... just recieved an email from a very apologetic buyer advisng me that they had scored a 1 in one of the DSR's by mistake - they intended to leave a 5 as thy had done in the other DSR scores. Can they change the DSR score?
