i purchased an item on the 28/9/2022 & was told i would recieve the item on or between the 28/9 - 22

I purchased a kia Cerato GT Grill on ebay on the 28/9/22 paying with paypal & was told when order placed that i would recieve item on or between the 8/9/22 - 22/9/22 & on this day the 20/10/22 i still have not recieved my item

where is my item that was ordered & paid for on the 28 Aug 2022
