I have returned an item for refund and have been asked to close case
before refund can be issued.I cannot find any refference to Resolution
Centre or close case link in ebay.Not sure what my next steps should be,
Seller has 99% positiuve feedback, so far comunications have been
excellent.They were very quick to respond with postage docket for return
of item, and have received part.I'm still in email contact and will
await reply.Thanks
