For "pickup only" items, Ebay uses an old out-of-date postcode to work
out how far away the item is, instead of my current postcode, and there
appears to be no method by which Ebay can be contacted to notify them of
a bug in their systems.
I have found a bug in Ebay's systems but I can't find any way to notify
Ebay about it (apart from this discussion board).I think that the
consumer laws need to be changed to prohibit businesses from operating
if they can't be contacted.
