I can’t contact eBay support because when I try to click through help
then my problem it doesn’t let me type anything and the chat with agent
and request a call option are both greyed out. It’s the same on the eBay
app and website.
Thanks for the reply but both the chat with agent and call agent are
greyed out and can’t be clicked. It doesn’t let me start a new chat
either takes me to that screen everytime.
