Tried multiple options including those detailed in your note but no
luck. The wifes account is the same. No one can pay for anything at the
moment. I hope they fix it soon.
I have the same problem. Contacted a real person at Ebay via the AI. Ask
to speak to a real person and they will transfer you to an agent. No
resolution yet.....
