My son has sold an item on EBay (5 days back) and the buyer said he made the payment immediately via PayPal. The payment has not been received. Please advise what is the best way to deal with this situation. Many Thanks

The customer bought and paid for 1 item but wanted 6 of the same. They want me to create an invoice from my end and revise postage, I thought that the customer had to create this request from their end. I have been online to Ebay but it hasn't resolv...

Thanks for your reply. My son wasn’t aware of having to upgrade his PayPal account. Nothing showing as pending in his PayPal account would that be because he hasn’t made it a premium/premier account ?The item sold was a luggage lock.Thank You

Listing of more than 10 items for sale (same item)

If a customer requests that I issue an invoice for 5 items can I do this or they they have to create from their end.
