Seems that eBay has crashed, No sales this evening - cant even get into
the platform to ship my orders. I hope eBay will help out with the
**bleep**py feedback my buyers will leave as there items are shipped
late!
The only way to get PayPal to insure your item is to send using a method
where the address destination is noted on the same document as the
tracking ID. Try sending using signature on delivery type post method.
