Is it normal to buyer to delay payment? Have sent email but still waiting for reply.

See above. Agreed payment date was about 8 days later and on due date buyer was sent invoice and complained postage was too expensive. Buyer had 2 bulky items to combine postage and these although weighing 2 kg, could not go into a 3 kg AusPost satch...
