Have had my fees& store payment declined, Have check with bank and they
cannot find it has been lodged, There was enough money to pay fees, This
is the 3rd month in a row that this has happened. Another ebay glitch?
As a buyer i prefer paypal. As i often by pattern books and sometimes
this in around $5.00 i pay with bank deposit so sellers do not have to
pay paypal fees, As a seller i would like buyers to pay for small items
with bank depost. dont mind pver $10....
