Hi folks, Sold a bicycle frame, was charged the $150 sellers fees which
then were debited from my account. Buyer wanted a refund which I gave
him My ebay invoice shows that I owe -$150 How do I get this fee
re-imbursed by ebay? Thank you
Refunded the customer via ebay (he put through the disputed
transaction). I assumed that ebay would see the -$150 and pay me, but
