I have run out of stock but eBay has a stopage on me unless I change my Listing but can not cancel. I have asked for help but to no avail.

I have been trying to add an item to my eBay shop most of the day. I keep getting a message that the page can not be displayed check back in a few minutes or try from the eBay Home Page but that does not work either.ironhorsehobbies
