That item has no stock, its 0, if it did there would be a buy button and freight options which there is not. When revising that item it shows as attached.

Going back throught the records show that its not always a item that has had 0 stock. Example: One item we had 10, they brought 1 and we had 9 left, they still couldnt pay for it.. for the same issue.

We also run that feature and the item i said was 0 stock at the time of buyer trying to pay for it. things are getting clearer that it seems to be the out of stock feature, good feature but grrr drives us nuts when it happens ..
