I have done this before with no problems, but now, I can't type anything in the contact seller popup.Anyone else having this problem?

There is a promotion at the moment whereby the selling fee is waived. But when I try to list my item, there is a prompt that there will be the fee applied. Also, when I choose cash for the form of payment, it says I must choose an electronic FOP. But...
